We pull verified jobs directly from agencies and MSPs, so the clinician is seeing the job from the direct source who actually owns it instead of a possible duplicate. To give you the best chance of getting the job, we cut out middlemen and put everything on an interactive map so you can see exactly what's out there, pay included.

Currently, every 30–60 minutes. Eventually, our goal is to have real-time updates. If a job's gone, you won't see it on Mullet.

The Mullet Map shows you facilities with open travel nurse jobs right now, marked by hot pink pins. You can filter by specialty, or set a radius up to 500 miles. In the future, we plan to show all healthcare facilities (even if they don't have active jobs). For now, we're keeping it simple so you only see opportunities you can actually apply for.

Absolutely. You can filter by specialty, location, and agency, with more to come soon. The highest-paying jobs float to the top automatically.

Nope. You can search and explore jobs without signing up. Creating a free account lets you apply, set alerts, and save your favorites (coming soon).

Too often, the only hope of finding clarity is hours on the phone with self-serving salespeople who aren't incentivized to admit they're actually subcontractors, middlemen who represent only a tiny chance of helping you land the job you want.

What is an MSP?

Managed Service Providers (MSPs) are large staffing organizations that act as the single point of contact between a hospital or healthcare system and dozens of staffing agencies. Instead of a hospital working with every agency directly, the MSP manages those relationships, distributes job orders to approved subcontractors (middlemen), and controls the flow of communication, candidate submissions, compliance, and invoicing.

What is a subcontractor?

A smaller agency that doesn't have the direct contract with the hospital. Instead, they get job orders from the big guys (the MSPs) and then place travelers.

What do you mean by middlemen?

Middlemen are all the extra layers between a hospital posting a job and you actually landing it. Think subcontractors, and anyone else taking a cut while adding distance between you and the real opportunity. More middlemen means more markups, more red tape, and less clarity.
