RN-Cath Lab

Minimum Years of Experience required? 2 years; prefer prior pediatric cath lab Will you accept a first-time traveler? No Required License/Certs: BLS, NIHSS, PALS, WA state or compact license Patient Types/Common Diagnoses: Pediatric Congenital diagnostic and interventional: LHC/RHC, PDA/VSD/ASD closures, septostomy, congenital structure stenting/ballooning, collateral closure; Pediatric Electrophysiology: pacemaker implant/generator exchanges, loop recorder implant/removals, EP study with radiofrequency ablations for SVT, WPW, atrial Tach, PVC Skills required: Experience with above cases as circulator and patient monitoring (sedation needs provided by Anesthesia); Monitoring experience preferred: PACS: Picom, Hemodynamic: Merge. C-arm: Siemens Artis EMR: EPIC Cupid (experience preferred) Floating: no Weekend rotation: call only 1-2 weekends per month (anticipate every 3rd week) On call? 7 call shifts (includes weekend) in 2 week pay period; weekday call is EOS to 0700 following day; weekend call: EOS Friday to 0700 Monday; 45-minute response time, no sleep room available Holiday Expectations: call only; included in department call rotation Shift times: 0700-1730; 10 hour shifts Scrub Color: provided by hospital; will provide lead as well.
