No Will you accept a first-time traveler? Yes with at least 2-years experience Patient Types: Minimal Peds (typically Ortho) Open heart, CABG, TAVR, AVR, MVR, Sternotomy, Thoracotomy/Thoracoscopy, VATS, ECMO Patient Ratios: 1:1 Required Skills: STRONG experience in Trauma (no burns), Neuro, General, Vascular, ENT, General, Ortho spine, Ortho (must have total joint experience), Gyn, vascular (Endovascular as well), urology, robotics for both General and Neuro, Plastics, breasts, eyes RN: circulate only, experience in above case types Prefer robotics experience (Robotic Mazor/DaVinci XI) CVOR: CVOR exp and experience with patient types list Below.Open heart, CABG, TAVR, AVR, MVR, Sternotomy, Thoracotomy/Thoracoscopy, VATS, ECMORequired Certifications: ACLS, BLS Support on the Unit: ORA Desk assistant Charge nurse Team leaders for service lines Technology/Equipment: EMR: Cerner IV pumps: Plum 360 Medication dispensing: Omnicell Monitors: Spacelabs Floating: If yes, where? No Orientation: 2 weeks on day shift, expected to take buddy call while on orientation Scheduling: Weekend rotation: on call On call? If so, what is that schedule? 1 day a weekday, one weekend a month (Friday 3p-7a, Saturday 24 hours, Sunday 24 hours.) Take about 10 days call per month. 30 min response time Holiday Expectations: Expected to work a holiday per contract
