IMPORTANT!McLaren Northern has incorporated a strict 3 strike attendance policy to advocate for their patient population. Any RN contractor who is absent from a scheduled shift or is more than 20 minutes late for their scheduled shift 3 times will be terminated effective immediately. Situations such as a communicable disease or hospitalization with supporting evidence will be reviewed in favor of the contractor. This policy will begin on 6/1/2024.McLaren s surgical services represent a full spectrum of procedures and tests across various specialties. General elective surgeries as well as critical or life-saving procedures are what we excel at. McLaren was the first to provide many surgical techniques and tools and continues to keep an eye on the future to enhance the care and outcomes for all our surgical patients. Submission requirements: 2+ Years of RN OR experience -[REQUIRED]Ortho, General, Endo-Vascular, Urgo, OB Experience -[PREFERRED]Health system-wide profile standards References NOT required. A skills checklist completed within one year of application for RN specialties is required. All other professions outside of Nursing are not required but preferred. Michigan license verification is required for nurses. Please provide LARA and Nursys; if there is a license hit, it would be in the traveler s best interest to provide a write-up of what happened for the manager's review. Physical copies of certifications are only required in the profile if listed above. Full-time employees of McLaren are not eligible for contract hire within six months of employment. Shift notes:We need this shift filled from now until Friday 11/14/25. If the contract extended past this date, we would need the colleague to transition to:10-hour shifts, 6:45am-5:15pm (non-consecutive working days, day off random M-F)One weeknight of call every week, 7pm-11pm.One weekend on call per month, rotating between Friday, Saturday, Sunday 7p-7a, and Saturday and Sunday, 7a-7p. Rate:87 OnCall:The call requirement is one night of call (Monday-Thursday) a week 7p-11p, and one weekend a month, rotating nights and days. WeekendDescription:. The days call weekend is 7a-7p Saturday and Sunday, and night call weekend is 7p-7a Friday, Saturday, and Sunday night. Holidays will be assigned if they do not contract them off.
