0630 - 1900 SIMPLIFI CLINICAL INTERVIEW + UNIT FINAL REVIEW Minimum Experience: 3 years Peds CVOR experience First Time Traveler? No, unless 5+ Peds CVOR experience Required Licensure Certifications: BLS, PALS, CNOR (preferred), WA State or compact RN license Level II Pediatric Trauma Center Level IV NICU Patient Types/Common Diagnoses: Neonates 18; will see adult sized patients as well as infants and everything in between. Could see patients who are developmentally delayed and/or have congenital anomalies. Cardiothoracic cases Tetralogy of Fallot, pericardial window, transposition of great vessels, open heart valve repairs, ECMO, PDA ligation through thoracotomy, ASD repairs. Skills required: Highly preferred - IV start experience, scrubbing, art line, experience circulating with above patient types. EMR: EPIC Floating: General OR to assist with cases when not busy in CVOR Weekend rotation: Call only On call: 1 call shift per week (EOS following morning), 2 weekends in 6-week period (EOS Friday Monday morning), 30-minute response time Shift times: 8h Days 0630 1530, 12h Days 0645 1915 Scrub Color: provided Parking: Free parking lot Program name:SimpliFi Travel
