COVID-19 vaccination is recommended but not required. Flu vaccination will be required October through April. Flu exemption applications must be received and approved by Phoenix Children s prior to starting. Anyone not vaccinated for either Flu or COVID-19 will be required to sign Declination & Masking Protocol agreements and must mask during the full respiratory virus season. This assignment may float between four campuses: Main, 1919 East Thomas Road, Phoenix, AZ 85016 Arrowhead, 19007 N. 67th Avenue, Glendale, AZ 85308 Avondale, 1665 North Avondale Boulevard, Avondale, AZ 85392 East Valley, 3370 S Mercy Road, Gilbert, AZ 85297 **This assignment will require floating to NICU and CVICU** Days and Nights Available 7a 7p & 7p 7a Shift will be decided in the interview. Only RTO discussed in the interview will be pre-approved. This position works in collaboration with the healthcare team, patient and family to promote patient health through delivery of professional nursing care appropriate to patients age and condition as documented in the nursing and medical plans of care in accordance with evidence-based nursing and patient care practice standards and hospital goals, values and regulatory standards. **Experience:** *2 years experience as an RN in PICU *Experience at a hospital with a Level III or IV NICU is strongly preferred. *Experience floating to CVICU and NICU *Children s hospital experience preferred. **Education Requirements:** Two-year (ADN) degree in nursing, a four-year degree (BSN) in nursing, or a Diploma Nursing degree. **Certification/License/Registry Requirements:** *Current State of Arizona RN license or an RN license from a compact state with multistate privileges or the ability to establish licensure according to Arizona law prior to start date. *Current BLS certification for Healthcare Provider from the American Heart Association. *Current PALS certification from the American Heart Association. *NRP certification preferred.
